PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING: Custom monogrammed hats are non returnable
* Due to its handmade nature there will be slight imperfections. Minor variations in color, weave, texture and size should not be considered flaws but rather lend character making each hat unique.
Should you need to return your in stock item you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less an $10 restocking fee.
Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered or washed. Items must also be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
Only items purchased through Glampwear.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any other wholesale partner/retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

We offer USPS or UPS within the US. Items are shipped from New York.
Once you order is processed(1-2 days) and depending on stock availability, please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your order. For expedited shipping please contact info@glampwear.com for a price quote.
